Creek Fest 2017 - Saturday, May 13, 10AM - 2PM

Bayou ChattiqueThe event will be a free, family-friendly celebration including a cane pole fishing tournament (16 and under), live music from Molly Thomas, door prizes and educational exhibits.  Please join us along with Boy Scouts of America, Mobile BayKeeper, Alabama Power Company, City of Mobile, Mobile County EMA, LifeSouth, Mobile ARC, MAWSS, The Mobile BayBears, Mobile County Sheriff Office and others in this celebration!

The event will include a cane pole fishing tournament for ages 16 and under, along with other family-friendly activities. Live music, food and kayak rides also will be part of the half-day event as the natural beauty of one of Mobile’s historic waterways is showcased. Three Mile Creek was the city’s first source of drinking water.

There also will be opportunities for area Boy Scouts to earn merit badges.
